Inventory Control

PowerGolf’s multi-location Stock Control and Purchase Orders Module provides a fully transactional ledger of all stock movements. Integration The module is fully integrated with the Point of Sale, General Ledger and Creditors.

Transactions
Transactions are recorded in the system to monitor all movements of stock in and out of the club. In-coming stock from suppliers, adjustments, issues and transfers can all be recorded.

Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders can be generated automatically based on current stock holdings. You nominate the re-order point and the par (or 'return to') levels for each Stock item, and the system does the rest.

Stock Deliveries
Stock deliveries can be generated automatically based on existing Purchase Orders, minimising the data entry required and the chance of mistakes.

Creditor Invoices
Creditor Invoices can be raised automatically from Stock delivery entries, again, minimising the data entry and the chance of mistakes.

Stock Take
The system provides for periodic stocktaking. Stock sheets can be printed by location, and detailed variance reports can be printed and analysed before posting the variances. Variances are reported by quantity and Value. Stock movement summaries for the periods between stocktakes help determine the cause of variances.
